The closing and prize distribution ceremony of Inter-Base Hockey Competition-2026 of Bangladesh Air Force was held at Hockey ground of BAF Base Bir Uttam A K Khandker , Dhaka Cantonment on Thursday.
Bangladesh Air Force Base Bir Uttam A K Khandker team clinched the title by defeating Bangladesh Air Force Base Zahurul Haque team by 6-2 goals in the final match.
Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Operations) Air Vice Marshal Rushad Din Asad, BBP, OSP, BPP, ndu, aowc, psc witnessed the final match as the chief guest and distributed prizes among the Champion and Runner-Up team.
Among others Air Officer Commanding of BAF Base Bir Uttam A K Khandker, Senior Officers and other members were present on the occasion.
Air Officer Commanding of BAF Base Bir Uttam AK Khandker Air Vice Marshal Haider Abdullah, GUP, ndc, fawc, psc inaugurated the competition on September 06.
Seven teams of BAF participated in this five day long competition.
