The seized contraband items include: – 67,58,061 Yaba pills, 3,01,830 bottles of phensidyl, 50,790 bottles of foreign liquor, 5,958 can beer, 8,897,926 kg hemp, 14032 kgs of heroin, 30,597 injections and different types of tablets.
Other seized smuggled goods are – 37.141 kg gold, 202.371 kg silver, 5,811 sets of imitation ornaments, 6,04,029 sets cosmetics, 12,600 sarees, 8,077 sets of three pieces, 38,12,082 kg tea leaves, 3,475 readymade garments products, 622mtr cloths, 8,84,951.30 CFT wood. 1,17,175kg caol, 32 trucks, 18 private cars, 27 pick-ups, 151 engine-run auto-rickshaws and 561 motor cycles.
The paramilitary force also seized 22 pistols, one revolver, 45 guns, 27 magazines, 10,97 round bullets, 800 gram powder and 4 IEDs.
