On the first day of Bangla month Magh, the northwestern district of Panchagarh was covered with dense fog, disrupting daily life.

Jitendranath Roy, officer-in-charge of Tetulia Weather Observation Centre, said they recorded temperature at 9.5 degree Celsius at 9am with a hundred percent humidity.
He, however, informed that the district saw a temperature of 9.4 degree Celsius on Tuesday.
