The authorities concerned including the Secretary of Home Ministry and BTRC Chairman have been asked to implement the directives.
The bench of Justice Md Khasruzzaman and Justice Md Mahmud Hassan Talukder passed the order after hearing a writ petition.
Advocate Shah Manjurul Haque stood for the writ petitioner.
Haque said some seditious contents involving several people including Liberal Democratic Party President Colonel (retd) Oli Ahmed was allegedly published on Sarwar’s channel on August 17.
The writ was filed on November 17.
Former Ekushey Television (ETV) reporter Kanak Sarwar has been living abroad after getting bail in a case filed against him on sedition charge in 2015.
