The second annual Dhaka Flow Youth Wellness Fest 2025 is in full swing, having completed six impactful university tours across Dhaka.
With four more stops ahead, the event continues to inspire students to prioritize their mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing, laying the foundation for the next generation of thriving leaders.
Since its launch at North South University on April 13, Dhaka Flow has brought its high-energy blend of yoga, fitness, group therapy, breathwork, and motivational talks to thousands of students at IUBAT, Canadian University, ULAB, IUB, and most recently, Presidency University, said a press release.
According to the press release, each event has been packed with connection, movement, and powerful conversations about mental health, holistic wellbeing, and leadership.
Monday's event at Presidency University was a powerful showcase of energy, resilience, and connection, it added.
The day featured yoga with the dynamic Eeman Ahmed, a lively Zumba session led by Dhaka Flow’s own, Hafsa Ibrahim, and even a surprise performance by a few students.
Students also had the rare opportunity to hear from Tabith Awal, President of the Bangladesh Football Federation, whose speech on leadership, wellness, and perseverance left a lasting impact.
"This festival is about more than just wellness activities—it's about creating a culture where seeking help is normal, where therapy is celebrated, and where young people feel empowered to own their journeys to wellbeing," said Shazia Omar, Founder and CEO of Dhaka Flow.
The Youth Fest lineup continues to feature a dynamic mix of trauma-informed yoga, self-defense classes, group counseling circles, and talks from renowned leaders, including Shameran Abed (Executive Director, BRAC International) and Faiaz Rahman (Founder of Turaag Active), as well as youth entrepreneurs from Junior Chamber International (JCI) Bangladesh.
This youth-driven wellness revolution is powered by proud sponsors Olympic Industries Limited and Techno Drugs Ltd., with community support from JCI and United Hospital.
"Strong minds and strong bodies are the ultimate superpower," said an Olympic Industries representative. "We are proud to stand beside Dhaka Flow in building a healthier Bangladesh."
Highlights from recent stops included mental health sessions by United Hospital’s Dr. Salma Ikram, empowerment workshops, and inspirational conversations around identity, resilience, and purpose.
As the festival enters its final leg, upcoming stops include UCB, BRAC University, AIUB, and East West University—with each campus experience thoughtfully tailored to meet students where they are and spark transformation from within.
