Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) on Monday sprayed its anti-mosquito fogger in 34 hospitals to minimize the health risks of medical professionals.
The City Corporation started the week long drive since Saturday and visited 92 hospitals so far, said Chief Health Officer of DNCC Brigadier General Md Mominur Rahman.
“We will be able to control the mosquito menace and dengue rate with the assistance and awareness of people,” he said.
He also requested hospital authorities to keep the hospital premises, toilet and drainage system clean and maintain sufficient awareness in this regard.
