Finance Minister Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury has extended his heartfelt greetings to people from all walks of life across the country on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
In a message issued on Thursday, the minister conveyed his warm wishes to party leaders and activists at all levels, journalists, professionals, and the general public.
He expressed hope that the holy occasion, following a month of fasting, would bring joy and peace to every household of the Muslim Ummah.
He further wished that people would celebrate Eid with their families in a joyful and safe environment.
The minister also expressed his gratitude to the people for their overwhelming support, stating that the responsibilities entrusted to the BNP through a decisive mandate should be fulfilled with sincerity and dedication. He sought continued cooperation from the public in carrying out this responsibility.
Highlighting the importance of democratic progress, he voiced optimism that the people would remain beside, as they have in the past, in advancing the country’s democratic journey.
