The Ministry of Education has appointed 135 new principals to government colleges across the country.
All the newly appointed principals are officers of the BCS General Education Cadre, currently serving as professors. They have been instructed to join their new posts by April 17.
The Secondary and Higher Education Division of the ministry issued three separate notifications on Tuesday to make the appointments—two of which included 49 officials each, and the third included 37.
