Bangladeshi women who have contributed to women’s education, rights, socio-economic development, literature and rural development are requested to apply for the nominations in the specific form available on the official website, said a notification issued by the ministry on Wednesday.
The application form can be collected from the websites of the Women and Children’s Affairs Ministry and the Department of Women’s Affairs (www.mowca.gov.bd and www.dwa.gov.bd).
Applications or nomination papers will not be accepted in any of the ‘tables’ other than the prescribed ones, said the notification.
A printout of the form must be sent to: Secretary, Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, Bangladesh Secretariat, Dhaka, by July 31.
It has been mentioned in the notification that soft copy of the application can be sent by e-mail to [email protected].
