The court also asked the Dhaka Special Judge Court 7 to send the documents within December 7.
Following a petition filed by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) on November 9, the bench of Justice Md Moinul Islam Chowdhury and Justice AKM Zahirul Huq passed the order.
Advocate Sayeed Ahmed represented Selim while Advocate Khurshid Alam Khan argued for the ACC.
In 2007, the anti-corruption body filed a case against Selim on charges of amassing wealth illegally.
On April 27, 2008, a Dhaka court sentenced him to 13 years' imprisonment and fined Tk20 lakh in that connection. However, Selim appealed to the High Court against the judgment.
In 2011, the court canceled Selim's sentence, but the ACC later appealed against the verdict.
