The Aspire to Innovate program under the ICT Division of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology Ministry conducted the assessment test.
According to the report, the Industries Ministry conducted the highest activities using e-filing technology among all the 58 ministries and divisions in April.
However, the ministry gave the credit of the success to extending proper training and motivation to the officials in addition to continuous monitoring.
Md Abdul Jalil, deputy chief information officer of the ministry, said people are now availing the desired services faster as the initiatives geared up the overall service delivery process at the ministry.
The ministry has now become dynamic, he claimed.
