Newly appointed Vice-Chancellor of the National University Professor ASM Amanullah has ordered the teachers, officers and employees of the university and all its affiliated colleges and institutions to be present at their respective workplaces by September 1, 2024.
Departmental action will be taken against those who will be found absent, he warned.
Earlier on Wednesday, the education ministry issued a circular appointing him as the vice-chancellor of National University.
