Anti-Terrorism Tribunal Judge Mozibur Rahman fixed the date after hearing.
According to the case statement, law enforcers conducted a drive at Jahaj Building at Road no 5 in Kallyanpur on July 25 where nine suspected members of Neo-JMB were killed.
Two days later, Inspector Md Shahjalal Alam of Mirpur Model Police Station filed a case accusing 10 people under the Anti-Terrorism Act in this regard.
The accused were- Rafikul Hasan Rigan, 21, Salah Uddin Kamran, 30, Abdur Rouf Prodhan, 63, Aslam Hossain alias Rashed alias Abu Jarra alias Jarsh, 20, Shariful Islam alias Khaled alias Solaiman, 25, Mamunur Rashid Ripon alias Mamun, 30, Azadul Kabiraj alias Heartbeat, 28, Mufti Mawlana Abul Kashem alias Bara Hujur, 60, Abdus Sabur Khan Hasan alias Sohel Mahfuz alias Nasrulla Haque alias Musafir alias Joy alias Coolman, 33, and Hadisur Rahman Sagar, 40.
Among them, Azadul Kabiraj is on the run.
