The academic calendar for the first term of all undergraduate and postgraduate courses at Khulna University has been rescheduled.
The decision was taken at a virtual meeting, chaired by Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Mamud Hossain, on Thursday.
In view of the second wave of the Covid pandemic, the university authorities have also made changes to some decisions taken on June 29.

The new decisions include taking review classes, training on integrated online-offline exams and carrying out model tests on the same from August 1 to August 26.
According to the authorities, preparatory leave for examinations will be given from August 29 to September 11. The final exams of the first term will be taken online-offline from 12 September to 21 October.
The results are to be declared between October 23 and November 8.

Deans of all schools, acting registrar (Acting), heads of all disciplines, the director of the Institute of Education and Research, and the director of Student Affairs were present at the meeting.
