The two brothers -- Mozaharul Islam and Manjurul Alam -- are also accused of obstructing road expansion work on the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED). The incident took place at Dakalibandha of Daikhawa Adarsha College Road.
LGED contractor Alamgir Hossain Rontu alleged that Mozaharul Islam, son of Matiar Dealer of Dakalibandha area, has been demanding money since the construction work started.
