MASTUL Foundation's Ramadan initiative provides Iftar for 1 lakh for encouraging everyone to share in the happiness of Ramadan Iftar.

They  have taken the initiative to distribute 1 lakh Iftar this Ramadan so that poor and low-income fasting people are not deprived of the taste of Ramadan Iftar. 

Like every year, this year also the initiative  is starting Iftar distribution program in 64 districts of the country including Dhaka.

This event will continue for a month so that low-income people can eat good food at Iftar. This event  is being done with the motto 'No one gets left behind' in two segments in honor of the fasting people who are suffering due to financial hardship and high prices of daily commodities.

In the first segment  iftar is being organized for more than 1000 destitute fasting people every day at Mastul Mehmankhana located in Dhanmondi Rayerbazar and the fasting people will eat that iftar while sitting in the Mehmankhana. 

Besides, in another segment regardless of rich or poor, iftar will be distributed free of cost to the passengers of the fasting in  moving vehicles or the vehicles stuck in traffic jams such as buses, microbuses, private cars, auto rickshaws and rickshaws. Not only that, 20,000 Iftar items will be delivered to orphanages, madrasas and poor families in various districts including Dhaka.

Besides, Mastul Foundation intends to play a role in social development by supporting 500 poor families through Zakat.

Kazi Reaz Rahman, founder and executive director of MASTUL Foundation, said that iftar is a special act of a believer in Ramadan. Through this initiative, MASTUL Foundation wants to make Ramadan joyful for the marginalized sections of the society. He called on everyone to come forward according to their ability in this holy month of Ramadan. 

He further said, "Iftar for all" is possible only when we all join this initiative.

MASTUL Foundation is a charity registered by the Government of Bangladesh whose main work is the burial service project.

More than 3000 bodies have been buried since the start of the corona while apart from this, more than 1000 people have been made self-reliant through the Zakat self-reliance project.

Mastul Old Homes for old parents and Mastul Mehmankhana, from where hundreds of helpless low-income people are fed in one day.
