A mild heat wave is sweeping Rajshahi, Pabna, Sirajganj, Khulna, Bagerhat, Patuakhali and Rangamati and it may continue, according to Bangladesh Meteorological Department.
Besides, rain or thunder showers with lightning flashes and temporary gusty wind is likely at one or two places over Khulna & Syhet divisions in 24 hours commencing 9am on Saturday, it said.
Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country.
