The injured policemen were admitted to the Sadar Hospital.

Police said a youth failed to attend Juma prayer at West Haguria mosque. Twelve people offered prayers as per the government's directive.
The youth assaulted the imam and muezzin over the matter and was beaten up by the duo.

There were announcement on loudspeakers over the incident, which prompted a group of people to attack the youth's house. Police rushed to the spot after being informed.
Angry mod also attacked police injuring four of them including an assistant sub-inspector.
Earlier on April 6, the Ministry of Religious Affairs directed all to avoid mosques and offer prayers at home to prevent the transmission of coronavirus.
