The government has appointed new Deputy Commissioners (DCs) in Chattogram, Chapainawabganj, Feni, and Madaripur.
The Ministry of Public Administration issued the notification to this end on Wednesday.
Monira Haque, Deputy Secretary of the Secondary and Higher Education Department, has been appointed as Feni DC while Feni DC Saiful Islam has been transferred to Chattogram as its new DC.
Meanwhile, Mohammad Solaiman, Deputy Secretary of the Power Division, has been made DC of Chapainawabganj, while Afsana Bilkis, Deputy Secretary of the Financial Institutions Division, has been appointed as Madaripur DC.
Earlier, on September 21, the transfer order of Naogaon DC Mohammad Abdul Awal to Chittagong was cancelled.
