Chapainawabganj, Sept 2 (UNB)- Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested a drug peddler along with 2,960 yaba tablets at Nimtala Fakirpara in the twon on Sunday night.
The arrestee is Shahidul Islam, 38, son of Afsar Ali of Bagdanga in Sadar upazila.
On information, a team of the elite force conducted a drive around 11 pm and arrested Shahidul along with 2,960 yaba tablets, said a press release of
Rab-5.
A case was filed against Shahidul with Sadar Police Station.
