Ahead of the inauguration of Padma bridge, the movement of trucks and covered vans on highways connected to Padma Bridge would remain suspended from June 24 morning to June 26 morning.
Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) issued a notification in this regard on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) requested Mawa-bound covered vans and trucks from the city to take ferry routes of Paturia-Daulatdia and Chandpur-Shariatpur during this time.
