Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina arrived at the Japanese Prime Minister Office to hold the summit meeting with her Japanese counterpart Kishida Fumio.
On her arrival here, the Bangladesh premier was received by Kishida Fumio at the entrance hall of his office.
Hasina was given a ceremonial guard of honour on arrival there. She took salute and inspected the guard of honour.

After the summit meeting, both the prime ministers are expected to sign a joint statement. They will also witness the exchange of bilateral agreements or memorandums of cooperation (MoCs) between the two countries.
PM Hasina is now on a four-day official visit to Japan at the invitation of her Japanese counterpart Kishida.
