Prime Minister and Awami League president Sheikh Hasina on Sunday expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Awami League advisory council member of Manikganj district and former MP of Manikganj-2 constituency Samshuddin Ahmed.
She prayed for the eternal salvation of the departed soul and expressed sympathy to the bereaved family.

Samshuddin Ahmed breathed his last today at the United Hospital. He was 75. He left behind his wife, two sons, two daughters and host of relatives and well wishers.

Meanwhile, Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader also expressed his profound sorrow and shock at the death of Samshuddin Ahmed.
