Next-generation digital learning platform Praxix Academy has officially launched with the aim of making exam preparation more efficient, technology-driven and data-informed for students.
In a press release, the platform said it seeks to move beyond traditional learning methods by analysing individual learning patterns and progress and providing personalised support throughout the learning process,
A key feature of the platform is Praxix AI, a specialised AI-powered tool designed to provide answers and detailed explanations to Creative Questions (CQ) based on the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) curriculum.
Praxix Academy offers a range of features, including an E-Library, Practice, Custom Exams, Praxix AI, Live Exams, Question Bank, Progress Reports and Leaderboards.
Through the E-Library, students can access their entire syllabus on smartphones, highlight text, add personal notes and use an on-screen AI tutor to better understand complex topics.
The academy also said the Practice feature allows students to take customised practice sessions after studying a topic, using the ‘Active Recall’ method to strengthen retention and reinforce learning
Students can also take topic-based customised tests to assess their preparation, reduce exam anxiety and improve time-management skills, it also said.
It added that the Live Exam feature enables students to participate in examinations in real time with students from across the country, allowing them to benchmark their performance against a wider peer group.
The platform’s Question Bank includes previous years’ board examination questions, Cadet College tests and examination papers from leading schools, along with solutions.
Data-driven Progress Reports are designed to help students identify specific strengths and weaknesses and focus their study time accordingly. The Leaderboard feature allows students to track their real-time position among participants nationwide and encourages healthy competition.
Praxix Academy Business Head Pronoy Mondal said students today have no shortage of educational content, with YouTube and other digital platforms providing access to a wide range of quality materials.
“However, even after consuming a lot of content, many students still cannot confidently say how much they may score in an examination or where their actual weaknesses lie,” he said.
According to him, there is a missing link between learning and achieving the desired outcome, which includes effective practice, feedback and a clear understanding of one’s level of preparedness.
“Praxix Academy has been developed as a practice-based learning platform to bridge this gap. We do not simply want to provide students with more content or questions; rather, we want to bring what they have learned, where they are making mistakes, where they need more practice and how far they have progressed into a continuous learning journey,” Mondal said.
He said the platform aims to gradually take students towards personalised learning by combining AI and modern technology, allowing each learner to practise according to their individual needs and capabilities.
Praxix Academy also plans to make conventional book-based learning more engaging and technology-driven through interactive e-books, he added.
