Shamadhan Services Limited, a subsidiary of Grameen Telecom and Grameen Telecom Trust, has signed an agreement with Software Shop Limited (SSL) to introduce online payment facilities for its customers through the SSLCOMMERZ payment gateway.

The partnership will allow Shamadhan customers to make secure and convenient online payments for a wide range of products and services, marking a major step towards strengthening the company’s digital service platform and ensuring better accessibility nationwide, said a press release.

Dr Ahmed Armaan Siddiqui, Chief Executive Officer of Shamadhan Services Limited, signed the agreement on behalf of the company.

Among others present from Shamadhan were Md Ashraful Hassan, Group Chairman of Grameen Group and Managing Director of Shamadhan Services Limited; Mohammad Anwar Hossain, Chief Operating Officer; Rezaul Kabir, Chief IT & Technology Officer; and Saif Ahmed Chowdhury, Chief Financial Officer.

Ahmed Kamal Khan Chowdhury, Group Advisor of Software Shop Limited; Md Mahmud Hassan Bhuiyan, General Manager; Mohaimen Al Rashid, Manager; Tahia Salsabil Amin, Deputy Manager; and Riasat Uddin Ahmed, Assistant Manager were present.

Through this collaboration, Shamadhan aims to strengthen its digital ecosystem and offer customers a faster, smoother, and more reliable online transaction experience powered by SSLCOMMERZ’s robust payment infrastructure.
