Shehzeen Samarah Hussain, a former student of Scholastica School, has achieved a momentous academic feat by becoming one of the few Bangladeshi women to be awarded a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from the esteemed University of California San Diego, USA.
She earned her PhD on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Computer Engineering.

Her other works include as research intern on Deep Learning at NVIDIA Corporation, Santa Clara, CA, audio R&D Research Intern in Qualcomm Technologies Inc., San Diego, CA.
The work as Machine Learning Intern in Intel Corporation, Santa Clara, CA, Deep Learning R&D Intern at Qualcomm Technologies Inc., San Diego CA and Process Engineer in Global Foundries, Malta NY enriched her.
