The event was formally inaugurated on Wednesday at Gulshan 1 Shwapno Outlet and the programme will continue till Saturday next at select Shwapno outlets, said a press release.
World Diabetes Day is the primary global awareness campaign focusing on diabetes mellitus and is held on 14 November each year.
A.K Azad Khan, President of Diabetic Association of Bangladesh, Rubaba Dowla, Founder of Pulse Healthcare Services and Sabbir Hasan Nasir, Executive Director of ACI Logistics Limited (Shwapno), were present in inaugural event.

The event will take place on 13- 16 November at Mirpur 11, Uttara 3, Gulshan 1 and Ambar Khana Sylhet Shwapno outlets. It will take place at all Shwapno outlets from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm on 14-16 November.
