Prime Minister and BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman on Tuesday sent gifts for the newborn daughter of Md Sujon, who was injured during the July mass uprising.
A delegation of Amra BNP Poribar led by its Adviser and Narsingdi-5 MP Engineer Ashraf Uddin visited Sujon's residence in Keraniganj at noon.
It included Dhaka District BNP General Secretary and Reserved Seat MP Advocate Nipun Roy Chowdhury, and Amra BNP Poribar Member Secretary Agriculturist Moksedul Momin Mithun.
During the visit, the delegation inquired about the health of the newborn, handed over the gifts on behalf of the Prime Minister and also took stock of Sujon's physical condition and his family's overall well-being.
