The Bangladesh Cricket Board has announced the squad for the inaugural ACC Women’s U19 Asia Cup, set to take place in Klang, Malaysia, from December 15 to 22.
The six-team tournament will see Bangladesh competing alongside India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal (the qualifying team), and hosts Malaysia. All matches will be staged at the Bayuemas Cricket Oval.
Sumaiya Akter will lead the side, with Afia Ashima Era serving as her deputy.
The team is scheduled to depart for Malaysia tomorrow morning to finalize preparations ahead of the competition.
