Bangladesh Head Coach Chandika Hathurusinghe will miss the team's second Test match against Sri Lanka due to urgent personal reasons.
The match begins March 30th in Chattogram.
Hathurusinghe is traveling to Australia immediately. Assistant Coach Nic Pothas will take over as Head Coach for the match.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has asked for privacy and understanding for Hathurusinghe during this time.
Bangladesh lost the first Test to Sri Lanka by a big margin of over 300 runs. Earlier, Bangladesh won the ODI series against the same opponent, but lost the T20I series.
