The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has officially disclosed the schedule for Sri Lanka's tour of Bangladesh in 2024, featuring a comprehensive lineup of three T20Is, three ODIs, and two Tests.
In a surprising twist, none of the matches in this series will be held in Dhaka, typically a primary venue for the international home series in Bangladesh.
The tour kicks off with the T20I series in Sylhet. The first match is set for March 4, followed by the next two matches on March 6 and 9.
The first two T20Is will commence at 6 pm, while the third is scheduled for a 3 pm start.
After the T20I series in Sylhet, the action moves to Chattogram for the ODIs on March 13, 15, and 18. All three ODIs are slated to begin at 2:30 pm.
Subsequent to the ODI series, the tour returns to Sylhet for the first Test on March 22. The Bangladesh and Sri Lanka teams will then travel to Chattogram for the final Test, which starts on March 30.//
