The death toll in Yemen has reached 1,677, with 7,395 others injured, following an escalation in the conflict since September, the World Health Organization (WHO) said Thursday.
The UN health agency identified Marib as the most lethal front in the ongoing war, followed by the conflict zones of Taiz and Lahij.
In addition to the casualties, the WHO reported that 276,301 people have been displaced across the country since the renewed fighting broke out.
