Sylhet, Oct 13 (UNB) - Customs Intelligence officials seized 798 cartons of foreign cigarette from the luggage of three passengers at Sylhet Osmani International Airport on Sunday.
Custom Super of the airport Abdul Motaleb said a flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines BG-224 landed at the airport around 7 am.
Tipped off, a team of Customs Intelligence officials searched the luggage of three passengers- Osman Faruk of Habiganj, Raihan, 23 of Feni and MohamamdMamun of Chattogram district, of the flight and recovered the cigarettes.
