A bus of Bihanga Paribahan was set on fire by unidentified miscreants in Dhaka’s Banglamotor intersection area Sunday afternoon amid the countrywide 48-hour blockade enforced by BNP, Jamaat and like-minded opposition parties.
The incident took place at 6:30pm and two firefighting units rushed to the spot around 6:37 pm.

They are currently working to douse the fire, said Tanha Bin Zasim, station officer of the Fire Service and Civil Defence Control Room (media cell).
No casualties were reported.
