A Bangladeshi expatriate was killed in a train accident near the city of Larissa in Greece.
The deceased, Md. Idris, 31 was the son of the late Saheb Mia and a resident of Chattogram Hathajari union.
The accident occurred as a passenger train and freight collided on the night of 28th February.
Two of his friends, Jamil and Bacchu said his body was identified through a DNA test.

Md. Ilias, brother of the deceased, said his death was confirmed on Friday night.
“A fire broke out in his bogie. He suffered 80 percent burn injury, that’s why his body was identified through DNA test,” he said.
At least 57 died and dozens were injured in the accident.
