Authorities of Islamic University (IU) have suspended all sorts of programme at its Teacher-Student Cultural Centre (TSCC) on the campus in Kushtia for 13 days to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
A press release signed by centre Director Prof M Mizanur Rahman on Friday said all kinds of programmes, including discussion, seminar, cultural event and reunion, at the centre have been suspended from March 13 to March 25.
They made the decision following the directives of IU Vice-chancellor Prof M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari, Prof Mizanur said.
