Public Administration Ministry issued a gazette notification in this regard on Tuesday.

Mohammad Quamrul Ahsan, Additional Secretary of Road Transport and Highways Department has been made the chairman of Road Transport and Highways Department of Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA).

Mojibur Rahman, director general (Addl Secy) of Department of Bangladesh Haor and Wetlands Development, was made the director general of the Department of Public Library under Cultural Affairs Ministry while Saudagar Mustafizur Rahman, project director of Construction of Small Bridges/Culverts on Rural Roads projects has been transferred to the directorate general of the Department of Jute.

Besides, Hamidur Rahman, director (Addl Secy) of Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) has been made the director general of the National Museum of Science and Technology while Muhammad Munir Chowdhury, directorate general of National Science and Technology Museum was transferred to the directorate general (Addl Secy) of Department of Bangladesh Haor and Wetlands Development.

Mir Mohammad Nazrul Islam, additional secretary of Information Ministry was made the additional secretary of Bangladesh National Parliament Secretariat and AKM Dinarul Islam, additional secretary to the Public Administration Ministry was appointed as the Executive member of Bangladesh Investment Development Authority.

Meanwhile, Abul Hasnat Mohammad Latiful Kabir, additional secretary of Security Service Division was made the project director of Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (building construction 2nd amendment project) while Begum Nasreen Afroz, special acting officer (Addl secy) of Public Administration Ministry was made the Managing Director of the Prime Minister’s Education Assistance Trust.
