With the catastrophic disaster making news everywhere, people worldwide are trying to reach out to their loved ones. So, Grameenphone has waived ISD outgoing call charges to Türkiye and Syria, enabling popele in Bangladesh to stay in constant touch with their loved ones.
The death toll from Monday's quakes that hit southeastern Turkey and northern Syria stood at 33,179 on Sunday and was certain to rise as search teams locate more bodies in the rubble, reported AP.
Authorities said more than 92,600 other people were injured in the disaster.
