ICT State Minister Zunaid Ahmed Palak has said the Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University (HSTU) in Rangpur's Dinajpur will be the first cashless campus in Bangladesh.
The state minister was speaking at the programme "Let's Talk: Cashless Economy" organised by not-for-profit policy research organisation Centre for Research and Information's youth platform Young Bangla at the HSTU.

"The Digital Bangladesh vision has now become a reality. Now Bangladesh wants to be a Smart Bangladesh. A cashless economy is a way of implementing this vision," Palak said.
