Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) provided Tk 10 crore to the “Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Memorial Trust” marking the birth centenary celebration of Bangabandhu.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina received the cheque from Professor Md Nazmul Hassan, PhD, Chairman and Md Mahbub ul Alam, Managing Director and CEO of the bank at Ganobhaban on Monday.
Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal, Bangladesh Association of Banks (BAB) Chairman Md Nazrul Islam Mazumder and top executives of different banks were present in the programme.
