Hult Prize, an award giving group for idea making, organised the workshop at the seminar room of Zahir Raihan auditorium.
Senior Executive of ‘Glaxo Smith Kline Bangladesh’, also the champion of ‘Unilever Bizmaestros 2014’ in Bangladesh and Globally 1st runner’s up in ‘Unilever Future Leaders League 2015’, addressed the function as the chief speaker.
Addressing the function, he focused on the rules and factors to be successful in generating business idea.
Minhazul Abedin, JU Director of Hult Prize, presided over the function.
The workshop continued till 5 PM followed by an interactive and question-answering session.
Every year Hult Prize contest takes place in thousands of university campuses of all over the world to find out a sustainable solution to a social challenge selected by ex-US president Bil Clinton.
This year the students of JU are getting a chance to compete in the prestigious international competition.
Around 395 teams have registered for the competition at JU.
After completion of first two rounds, 22 teams will now compete in the semifinal round which will take place on Saturday, 24th November.
The Grand Finale of Hult Prize at Jahangirnagar University campus will take place on 1st December 2018.
