International Affairs Sub-Committee of Bangladesh Awami League will host a fair at Gulshan Society Park in the city on Friday.
The fair titled "100 Years of Mujib: The Golden Bengal Fest" will be held as part of the birth centenary celebrations of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and golden jubilee of the country’s independence.
The fair will begin at 3pm and will continue till 6 pm.

Ministers, Members of Parliament, diplomats, representatives of the international organizations and central leaders of Bangladesh Awami League will join the fair.
The fair promises to be filled with all things celebrated in rich Bengali cultural heritage, including art features, rural heritage, native food, local weavings, folk music and the pride of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's Golden Bengal, said the organizers on Thursday.
Dr. Shammi Ahmed, International Affairs Secretary of Bangladesh Awami League, invited all to join the fair.
