The Detective Branch (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police recovered the motorcycle used in the sensational Tk 1.21 crore robbery at a filling station in the capital's Uttara area on Friday noon.
Detectives recovered the Pulsar motorcycle around 10:30 p.m. on Thursday from a building garage on Hafiz Uddin Master Road in the Nandipara area of Khilgaon, following information extracted from arrested suspect Sagar Barai during remand interrogation.

Md. Elias Kabir, Deputy Commissioner of DB Uttara Division, said the DB has prioritized the investigation into the high-profile robbery since its occurrence. As part of ongoing operations, law enforcers have conducted raids across various areas in Dhaka and Narayanganj, arresting five suspects, including Sagar Barai.
Police also seized four firearms, a portion of the looted cash, and other crucial evidence from the possession of the arrestees. Drives are currently ongoing to apprehend the remaining suspects and recover the rest of the weapons used during the heist, officials added.
