Rohingya youth held with 1.50 lakh Yaba pills in Cox’s Bazar


Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested a Rohingya youth along with 1.50 lakh Yaba pills  from Marine Drive area in Teknaf upazila of Cox’s Bazar Wednesday afternoon.

The arrestees is Mohammad Mizan, 21, a resident of Baillakhali area and son of Amin of Kutupalong Rohingya camp.

Assistant superintendent of Rab Abdullah Mohammad Sheikh Sadi said based on secret information, a team of Rab arrested Mizan along with 1.50 lakh Yaba pills, kept in a sack, on Wednesday afternoon.

A case was filed in this connection.
