Police arrested three people for the alleged gang rape of a housewife in Muslimnagar, a locale of Fatullah in Narayanganj on Friday night.

The arrestees were identified as Nurul Islam, 65, Ainul Mia, 22, and Raj Ballav, 62.

Officer-in-Charge of Fatullah Police Station Aslam Hossain said the victim was looking for her husband on Thursday night in the Muslimnagar area when four miscreants abducted her and gang raped her in an empty garage.

Police already arrested three on Friday night and are trying to catch the other one, he said.
