British High Commission in Dhaka on Friday said two more chartered flights will help British citizens return home from Bangladesh on Saturday and Sunday.
"I’m very pleased with the progress that we’ve made with our programme of flights to take British visitors home from Bangladesh to the UK," said British High Commissioner to Bangladesh Robert Chatterton Dickson on the remaining charter flights to bring British visitors from Bangladesh to the UK.
In a video message, he said they repatriated over 400 people on their first two flights and that effort continues with more flights on Saturday and Sunday.
The High Commissioner said they are continuing to prioritise their most vulnerable British visitors in Bangladesh.
Everybody who will go to the airport has been requested to wear masks and observe social distancing.
