Dhaka,  Sept 3 (UNB) - Robi Axiata Limited and Southeast Bank have recently entered into a partnership to allow Robi and Airtel customers to avail various mobile financial services. As part of the partnership, Robi and Airtel customers will be able to do their mobile financial transactions such as Cash-out, Cash-in, send money, mobile recharge, etc. by dialing *206# from any Robi and Airtel numbers having Southeast Bank’s TeleCash account.

These services will be offered through USSD connectivity to begin with. Going forward, both the organizations will explore other digital means to offer the service, said a press release.

In this connection, Robi Axiata Limited and Southeast Bank celebrated their partnership at Robi Corporate Office recently. Robi’s Chief Digital Services Officer, Shihab Ahmad, and Southeast Bank’s Senior Executive Vice President, Head of International Division, Syed Faisal Omar cut a cake to celebrate the occasion.

Robi’s Executive Vice President, Digital Services, Ahmed Armaan Siddiqui, General Manager, M-Money Products & Partnership, Md Omar Faruq Ibne Hasan, and General Manager, Digital Recharge & Platforms, S. M. Sabbir, were present on the occasion.

Southeast Bank’s Senior Vice President, Information Technology, A. K. M. Monirul Islam, Assistant Vice President, Cash Management, Riad Hashim, and Assistant Vice President, Cash Management, Md. Rashadul Islam were also present on the occasion.
