BNP-Jamaat alliance is conspiring to create chaos across the country on Human Rights Day, said Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader on Wednesday.

“Having failed in their movement due to a lack of people’s participation, they have resorted to sabotage,” Quader said at a press briefing at Awami League president’s political office in the capital on Wednesday.
“The BNP is a party that is engaged in wrong politics and how it is becoming distracted from people due to their closeness with Jamaat at some point it will be seen that Jamaat will in the prime leadership of BNP. The BNP will become Jamaat's B-Team,” he said.
Regarding locked BNP office, the Awami League general secretary again repeated his previous remarks and said, 'They (BNP) themselves have locked the BNP office. Let them come out if they dare.”

“There will be opposition parties in the election. Trinamul BNP is the largest alliance, the Supreme Party and there are many others who are contesting the elections,” he added.
