The BNP and like-minded parties are set to bring out mass processions in the capital on Friday to mount pressure on the government to quit and hold the next election under a non-party caretaker government.
The opposition parties will hold the programme as part of their ongoing one-point simultaneous movement.
As part of the programme, BNP’s Dhaka south and north city units and other parties and alliances will separately take out mass processions in the city after Juma prayers.
