After more than three decades, the long-awaited election of the Chittagong University Central Students’ Union (Cucsu) is set to take place on October 12.
The CUCSU election management committee announced the schedule on Thursday at a programme held at 3pm at the university's Sociology Faculty Auditorium.
Meanwhile, a total of 471 candidates will contest the 38th Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (Ducsu) elections scheduled for September 9.
Ducsu candidates will vie for a total of 28 positions in this year’s elections.
